Questions
Is one subscription enough for both the website and the extension?
Yes, and there is no other option. Your plan decides what you can do — how many ratings, how many reports, commercial use — never which surface you may open.
Which plan am I?
If you are buying one home, take the Personal pass — ninety days, one payment, no renewal to remember. If you evaluate property continuously for your own portfolio, take Investor: it does not expire mid-search, it carries more ratings and more alerts, and it stays personal use. If you advise clients and are CEA-registered, take Professional — that is the plan that carries the commercial-use licence and puts your CEA number on a report.
Why is the buyer plan a 90-day pass rather than a subscription?
Because a property search lasts about ninety days, and a monthly subscription for a ninety-day need means remembering to cancel something. The pass does not renew. When it ends the account drops to free Owner Mode, which keeps a free monthly allowance of ratings for the home you bought.
What do I need for the Professional plan?
A CEA registration number. Professional unlocks 50 detailed client reports a month carrying your CEA number, the CMA-style comparison export, and a commercial-use licence — which covers advising your own clients, and does not permit publishing ratings on a website or feeding them into another system.
Is the transaction record on every plan?
Yes. Every plan's report carries the individual transacted sales, on the same terms — a report is already counted against your plan one at a time, so there is nothing further to ration. Whether a particular development's records can be printed depends on the development and not on your plan: where too few sales are on record for one of them to stay anonymous, every plan gets the summary instead, and the report says so.
