Industrial properties in Singapore
Search any B1/B2 industrial project and read its recent sale prices, transaction activity, remaining lease and PriceVero price rating. Industrial is rated on its own scale, never against residential.
Is this price low, in line, or high? Name any industrial project and the price you are weighing. We check it against what units in that project have actually sold for.
Free — sign in and the rating is on the screen. The size comes from the project’s own transacted record, so a typo cannot hand you a confident wrong answer. Want the longer form, with floor, size and the stamp duty? Open the price check. Holding a listing link instead? Paste it here. Not a valuation — a reading of a price against the evidence.

What this list covers
Coverage runs from 39 freehold to leases of 9–858 years remaining. Every rating is built from URA-lodged sale and rental prices, refreshed 2026. Of the 130 industrial projects listed here, 13 carry a Band A building rating, 20 Band B, 64 Band C, 20 Band D and 13 Band E.
How to read this list
The A–E chip grades the building — its transacted record, its lease, where it sits. A price gets its own reading — low, in line or high — which is not shown here; open a project to check one.
