How do I cancel my plan?
From the Billing section of your account page, yourself — no email and no notice period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the term you have already paid for. The 90-day Personal pass does not renew at all, so there is nothing to cancel on it.
How do I get a refund?
Seven days from the day the plan is enabled, no questions asked — email support@pricevero.com from the address on the account. After seven days a paid term is not refundable except where the law requires it, or where we end your access without you being in breach. The full wording is clause 9 of the terms.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card on every plan, and PayNow on the 90-day Personal pass only — PayNow cannot authorise a recurring charge, so it cannot be used for a plan that renews. All prices are in Singapore dollars. PriceVero is not GST-registered, so the price shown is the price charged.
I created an account but the verification code did not arrive.
The code is emailed the moment you sign up. If it is not in your inbox within a few minutes, check the spam folder and any address filters — it comes from a no-reply address on our own domain. Request a fresh code from the sign-in screen rather than reusing an old one; codes expire. If two attempts fail, email us and we will confirm the account by hand.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Email support@pricevero.com from the account address. We remove the account, the email and the rating history, and confirm by email when it is done. It is actioned by a person, not a button — there is no automated self-service deletion yet, and we would rather say so than imply there is.
A rating looks wrong to me. What should I send?
The listing link, or the project, size, floor and price you entered — and what you expected instead. That is the most useful message we get. Every rating already shows the sales it was measured against and the date of that evidence, so the two together usually settle it in one reply.
Why can I not get a rating for a particular property?
Coverage is private condominiums and executive condominiums, HDB resale blocks with enough recent resales on record, and industrial. Landed property is out of scope; retail and office are collected but not scored. Where too little has transacted for a reading to mean anything, the answer is no rating rather than a guess — a new development with no resale history is the usual case.
Can I use a rating for a bank loan, for CPF, or in a dispute?
No. Valuation is a licensed activity in Singapore, and a formal valuation carries legal weight for lending and stamp duty. A PriceVero rating is derived from public records and is not prepared by a licensed valuer. It is evidence to negotiate with, not a document to submit.
How current is the evidence behind a rating?
Sales reach the public record roughly two to four weeks after they happen, so the newest transactions are invisible to everyone, us included. Every rating carries the date of the evidence behind it, and the page says how many sales stood behind the reading.
Does my plan cover the extension as well as the website?
Yes — one subscription, both surfaces. Your plan decides what you can do: how many ratings, how many reports, whether the use is commercial. It never decides which surface you may open.
