The next HDB Build-To-Order exercise opens in November 2026, with 7 sites and about 7,960 flats. It was first announced for October 2026.
HDB decides whether each project is Standard, Plus or Prime at launch, so we do not print a classification for any of them.

When is the November 2026 BTO exercise?
It opens in November 2026. HDB has named the towns, the sites and the flat types; project names and prices come with the launch brochure. To apply you need a valid HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter, and HDB's deadline to apply for one is 25-09-2026.

What will the flats cost?
HDB does not publish BTO prices before a launch. What this page can tell you is what a resale flat costs in each of those towns today, block by block — which is the figure a BTO price gets compared against.
When can a BTO flat be sold?
Five years after the keys are collected, which is the minimum occupation period. HDB has not published a completion date for any project in our register, so we do not print one and we do not work out when the period ends.
