A developer's price becomes public only once a project appears in URA's monthly sales report, and 13 of these 91 have one. Every other page carries what resale costs around that site instead, which is the figure a launch price gets compared against.
Do you rate new launches?
No. We rate a building on its own record of sales, and a project nobody has resold has none. Each page carries the facts we hold and the rated buildings around it, so you can see what the area does today.
What is an executive condo (EC)?
An HDB-regulated condominium with income and eligibility rules, a five-year minimum occupation period and a ten-year wait before it can be sold to a foreigner. 11 of the projects listed here are ECs.

How to read this list
There is no A–E chip on these cards, and that is deliberate: we grade a building on its own transacted record, and a project nobody has resold has none. What each page does carry is the middle price per square foot of the rated condos around it, which is the nearest thing to a floor under a new launch’s asking price.
